<p>So, here are a variety of ways to condition you body, make it stronger, and able to endure more. Regardless of whether you use barbells, kettlebells, your own bodyweight, or whatever. </p>
<p><strong>Work Strength And Endurance</strong> </p>
<p>Strength is the ability to exert more force with your muscles. Endurance is being able to exert that force over a loner time. </p>
<p>Real strength training conditioning means working on both of these aspects. It&#8217;s great to be able to add 10 lbs. to your bench press, but being able to exert that force for more time is also important for using your strength in the real world.       </p>

<p><strong>Methods and scope of study</strong></p>
<p>There were 12 participants who took part in this study all through the preseason training.(n=6) was the first team participating in a 4 times a week in a span of 5 weeks ,external shoulder rotator muscles strength training program which was next to their preseason tennis training. The second team (n=6) took part in a comparable preseason tennis training program, although they did not conduct any upper body strength training.</p>
