Amit Kheterpal asked:
Fitness routine as most of us would understand is those fitness classes in the gym every day for one to two hours. This is the standard notion and it is correct to some extent as fitness is usually associated with working out.
That said fitness is all about your habits. These habits may pertain to your eating habits or your lifestyle habits. In both of the habits the main element that we need to work on is your fitness.
Eating habits to a large extent are an issue when it comes to fitness. Excessive eating is usually done by almost all the people to satisfy their cravings. Whether your body actually needs that food is immaterial and that is where the root cause of the problem is. To be fit you need to have a routine for eating. This is not in any which way to suggest that you stop going out and eating. This is to suggest that you should watch what you eat and when you eat.
Always eat a heavy breakfast with lots of fruit in it. A heavy breakfast will make you feel less hungry during the day and means less of craving for junk food. It gets you relieved you of the unnecessary eating binges that most people have. The reason for having a heavy breakfast is that you have the whole day to burn all the calories that you had in the breakfast. A good breakfast routine will help you get that desired fitness.
Apart from eating your fitness routine should really begin when your day begins. A perfect fitness routine will entail that whatever you do should involve exercise in one form or the other. For example make sure that you shun elevators and take stairs. Get some sort of aerobic exercise by mowing the lawn or even doing some work around the house. Get some exercise for muscles by mopping the floor or cleaning the bathtub.
You should have a walk after every meal to burn those calories. This after meal walk is a must your fitness schedule. Never **** walking it always help.
All the above things take a while to incorporate in your routine. This is because of the fact that it is not easy to change your routine which you are used to for years. They say that each habit takes a minimum of 21 days to get etched into your schedule.

Spinning is an excellent form of aerobic exercise that takes place in an indoor studio, to the beat of music and the commands of a Spinning instructor who sits at the front of the class. Spinning is a type of aerobic exercise that is performed on specially designed stationary bikes. Spinning is a complement to our other human powered activities and helps us maintain a our high level of fitness throughout the year. Spinning is and excellent calorie burner, using about 600 calories in an hour.
Spinning
Spinning is completely safe for people of all age groups. It is the perfect way to tone your body while reducing stress and having fun. Spinning classes combine a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques, breathing awareness and heart rate training. Spinning shoes are very effective and will aide in your workout, allowing you to increase the effectiveness in your pedal stroke by almost 30 percent.
Spinning Workout
Whether you are looking for a cardio class or trying to keep in biking shape during bad weather, Spinning gives you a terrific workout. Spinning is a workout program performed on a stationary bike, designed to work cardiovascular muscles. The Spinning workouts use exercise bikes specially designed for the rigors of hard workouts.
A spinning workout offers the best of both worlds, enabling you to go at your own pace, but still enjoy the energy and camaraderie of a group workout. Most spinning workouts burn an average of 500 calories, so it is essential that you take in the proper amounts of proteins, fats and carbohydrates throughout the day.
With the ease of controlling your own workouts, the instructor’s encouragement, the inspiring music and class participation, your experience will undoubtedly be one that will leave you wanting more.
Spinning Bike
While the majority of people who participate in Spinning workouts do so in an organized class in a commercial setting, a growing number of exercisers are purchasing the spinning bikes for their own home gym, as they usually feature a durable heavy duty construction, but are still easily moveable due to attached wheels.
Spinning is a great eco-aerobic workout because it’s done on an unplugged stationery bike. Though participants sit on bikes that are stationary, don’t ever compare spinning to riding a stationary bike within earshot of an aficionado. You’re not just sitting on a bike pedaling.
Conclusion
In summer, indoor spinning is the safer alternative to a hard workout on the road. In the fall, when inclement weather keeps us off the roads, spinning is an effective fitness bridge for cross country skiers. Over the winter, indoor spinning is a great way to maintain the aerobic base you worked so hard for over the cycling season.
Many people after trying out, various cardio exercise and all types of exercises have unanimously come to a conclusion that spinning is the best way to lose weight and gain a great figure. In fact, spinning is regarded as the most beneficial exercise by most of the fitness trainers. Spinning pushes the body to the optimum level, on a personal note, after spinning I feel great.

Luigi Castagna asked:
Exercise has been proven to increase overall health, give one more energy and longevity. In today’s fast paced world, people are turning more and more to using exercise machines to maintain their bodies. Some go to gyms where they have access to a wide variety of machines and experienced instructors while still others opt to look for something at home so that they won’t have to be confined to the gym club hours.
Exercise Machines
Exercise machines typically utilize resistance to strengthen and tone your muscles. The following methods are typically used in accomplishing this type of resistance: pulleys, cables, belts, weights, gravity and even wind. Resistance exercise is a method of forcing your muscles to contract against increasing resistance levels in order to tone and strengthen them.
Also by increasing repetitions and length of time spent, you’re increasing your metabolism which burns fat in the body. There are many different types of machines that accomplish different goals and you would do well to know exactly what kind of results you are looking for before investing in a machine.
Treadmills, exercise bikes, Rowing machines and stair steppers are some examples of exercise machines that provide aerobic exercise. Aerobic is basically cardiovascular training which increases your heart rate, metabolism and burns fat. These machines will increase overall tone, fitness and energy.
Barbells, weight benches, home gyms are designed to focus on muscle tone and strength building on specific areas of the body. These work by increasing repetitions and weight over time to build up and tone muscle mass. Typically one should include something from both the aerobic and weight training groups to achieve the ideal body fitness.
How to choose the right equipment
With time demands and varying schedules that people have today, more and more are turning to home fitness equipments to maintain their exercise schedules. Here is some of the equipment on the market and their features.
Treadmills These range from a simple manual design which works by using your own foot pressure on the belt to move it along in a walking or running position to the powered treadmills which use electricity to help move the belt along at a quicker pace forcing you work harder to keep up. These machines come with a variety of programs that vary the workout to keep it from becoming tedious. Another thing to look for would be a digital display that shows calories burned, miles worked, time spent, etc.
Exercise Bikes These come in a variety of forms and their main goal is to increase cardiovascular fitness along with working the main muscle groups in the legs. Typically they’re manually operated and utilize various types of resistance force.
Rowing Machines This is a good low-impact workout which works evenly over the three muscle groups, torso, legs and arms. It stimulates the act of rowing a boat.
Stair Steppers These machines focus on working the leg muscle group and are also low-impact.
Many of the above equipments have the option of coming with moveable handgrips for working the upper body and are foldable in such a way that they can be stored in a small area out of the way.
Barbells and Weight benches Less expensive than the cost of a home gym. These allow you to utilize resistance training by simply using your own body and weights. These can also be stored in a small area of your home.
Home gyms These are typically large and bulky but they’re designed to incorporate several of the exercise machines found in gyms. You’ll be able to perform several quality exercises such as pull downs, presses, arm curls and leg squats around a central unit holding bars of weights and cables.
With all the options available for maintaining good health and energy today, there’s really no excuse not to stay healthy and fit.

Mirko van Anken asked:
There are plenty of free fitness programs to choose from but you do need to plan your workout carefully to have something that suits you. Your program will determine how quickly and effectively you can reach your goals.
The most important thing is that it should be as simple and as fun as possible, while being well suited to your fitness levels and preferences and of course your time schedule is crucial.
You can pick out different fitness programs to include in your workout routine either online or by watching DVDs. It is a good idea to have some different and not do exactly the same exercise day after day. You want to be sure you are not working only a few muscle groups. You can either do a special workout routine for a few weeks and then change to another free fitness program.
Choose a time to exercise that suits your schedule and then follow it. with this schedule you should not be constantly changing. It is best to go for the same time every day, but do not over do it even 2 times a week can be enough.
Most people prefer to work out first thing in the morning. It is a great way to wake up. But if this does not suit you, go for later in the day, but always wait at least 2 hours after eating. It is hard to do a fitness program in the morning.
A good fitness exercise program will last for about 30-45 minutes. You can include 10-15 minutes of stretching and warm-up exercises, followed by 15-25 minutes of fitness exercise program and 5 minutes of cool-down.
As an example the aerobic fitness exercise program could be done on home gym equipment such as a treadmill or exercise cycle or you could run or cycle outdoors. You do not even need equipment, there are several great free fitness programs that you can use. If you like dance or just walking, do it. Step aerobics is another option. Alternatively, the stairs in your house or apartment block can be very effective aerobic exercise equipment without spending a dime.
The key here is to choose something that you enjoy and if you do not know yet see if you find a free fitness program that is good for you. Also, do not forget to check with your doctor that your program is suitable for your level of health and fitness, if you are fit it does not matter.
Variation is important for emotional reasons too. Do what is fun for you, even if sometimes you do not have fun which is normal in my opinion. So if you like cycling, you may want to cycle outdoors in good weather or indoors when it rains. To increase the variety, a few times a week you could do some muscle building training, instead of other training excercises like walking or cycling.
Finally choose the fitness programs you like best. Free fitness programs that you tailor to your own lifestyle should increase your energy levels and put you in a better shape and you just feeling better.

Abhishek Agarwal asked:
You don’t have to join a gym or buy expensive equipment to improve your health and become more fit. There are many items in your home that you can use in an effective health and fitness program. The important thing to health and fitness is getting good cardiovascular conditioning, developing stronger muscles, and building your strength and endurance. You can’t buy those, but you can earn them with a regular program that promotes your good health and fitness. Good health and fitness is an important goal if you want a long, happy life.
If you follow these basic guidelines, you can get all the exercise you need to improve your physical condition and psychological health. Use them to come up with your own health and fitness program.
1. Select an aerobic exercise that’s fun for you and that you can do indoors or outside. Choose from jogging, hiking, walking, running, playing soccer or tennis, or in-line skating. Cardiovascular conditioning or aerobic exercises can help you attain a total body workout, so be sure that, whatever you do, it’s vigorous and sustained. Make sure your heart rate goes up and stays up for at least 20 minutes.
2. Use exercise videos to learn new exercises and have a leader to follow. There are many interesting and innovative videos on the market today that offer a wide variety of activities, all of them designed to improve your health and fitness. If you can imagine it, someone’s made a video to show you how and keep you moving! Much less expensive than a gym or equipment, these videos give a great workout and some pretty good entertainment. Examples in addition to programs designed for specific parts of the body include kickboxing, body rock, belly dancing, power yoga, and salsa dancing.
3. Change the way you do things around the house and get a good workout. Instead of using your power lawn mower, use a push mower. Vacuum the whole house. Shovel snow from your driveway and sidewalks. Carry your laundry basket or your groceries up and down the stairs a few times. Wear weights around your ankles and wrists as you go about your daily routine. There are many small ways to improve your health and fitness without even noticing it!
4. Turn on your favorite dance music and dance. See if you can do ballroom or hip hop. No need to be embarrassed – no one’s watching. Just have fun. Try some modern dance. This is a great way to get some exercise, improve your health and fitness, and relieve stress.
5. Organize active social events. Get your friends to join you in a game of touch football. Shoot a few baskets with the boys. Join a soccer team. Get a friend to take dancing lessons with you. Play rackquetball. Use exercise as a way to build relationships and have a more active social life.
6. Organize any game activities with your friends. It can include kickball, football, basketball, soccer, and more. Other activities that promote muscle workouts through body movements are also a good option.
7. Skip rope with the kids! This is a very inexpensive and fun cardiovascular workout!
8. Rediscover your local parks. Many of them have fitness trails you can follow with recommended exercises, instructions, and goals. There’s no excuse now. It’s all laid out before you. All you have to do is get in motion.
These are just a few suggestions among a million things you could do to improve your health and fitness. Perhaps you’ve had some ideas of your own as you read the suggestions. Give them a try.
Before you start any new exercise routine, keep these tips in mind:
9. Never start any exercise at full-tilt. It’s important to warm up and cool down when you’re doing a workout. You can’t have perfect health and fitness in one day. It’s a process. Be patient. Start slow and work into a more vigorous routine. And ALWAYS do stretches before and after your workout.
10. Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. Vary activities so you don’t get bored with one thing. Keep it interesting, but keep doing it no matter what. Great health and fitness is not an over-night proposition. And staying fit and healthy is a lifestyle, not a project.
11. Make sure you’re using the proper clothing and equipment for the exercise you’ve chosen. Otherwise, you may injure yourself and delay the steady progress you hope for. When you dress, think of the temperature, whether inside or out. If you’re exercising outside, be sure to wear proper clothing for the conditions. And if you can’t exercise outside, you can still pursue your health and fitness program indoors.
12. Get a friend to join you. The buddy system is very effective for health and fitness programs. It makes exercising more fun and gives you a chance for some social time. It also make it more likely that you’ll stick to the program in the long run. You may even spark some healthy competition that will improve both of you!
13. Cross train. Change the exercises you do every day. Change the length of time you do them. Keep some variety in your health and fitness program to prevent boredom and injury.
14. Always consult your health care provider before you start a new health and fitness program to be sure your plans support your unique physical circumstances. That way, you can’t work against your own body. Your health care provider can recommend exercises that will strengthen you where you’re weakest without creating severe or long-term problems.
15. Don’t stop at exercise. A comprehensive health and fitness program will include a healthy, well-balanced diet. Reduce the sweets and increase the vitamins and minerals. Don’t go to the grocery store hungry, and take a well thought-out list that includes plenty of variety and delicious meals with you.
These suggestions are not hard to follow, but they do require discipline and commitment if your health and fitness program is to succeed. Good health and a well-toned body are within your reach. All you have to do is work for them. The benefits are without value – you’ll live a longer, happier, better quality life.

Mirko van Anken asked:
If you are looking for a 90 Day Fitness Program, aerobics can be one of the best ways to do such a fitness program. It is simple, it can be adapted to different levels of fitness, and it is fun! And you can schedule it he way it suits you.
But what Is Aerobics?
Technically, aerobic exercise is any form of activity that increases the circulation of oxygen in the blood. In practice, this means anything that makes your heart beat faster and your lungs work harder. You may be panting for breath.
For some people who are not fit, walking will have this effect and will be enough at first to start a 90 day fitness program. If you are fitter, you may take up something like dance, running, cycling or attending an aerobics class or just follow a good excercise program that you can find online from the comfort of your home.
It is important not to overdo the stress on the heart, especially if you are overweight or just not fit enough because you are a beginner. You may be at risk of serious consequences for your health. See a doctor before beginning any 90 day fitness program. However, with advice on what is appropriate for your level of health, aerobics can be a great solution for an overweight person or just to get fitter.
Aerobics For Weight Loss is a great thing:
This type of exercise can help with weight loss in three ways.
First, the activity itself will burn more energy than if you were sitting watching TV or just hang around and eating. This means you are burning up calories.
Second, becoming more fit through aerobic activity will increase the metabolism for most people. This means that because the body is more exercised, it will burn more calories even during the times when you are doing nothing and that is a very positive effect.
Third, most people find that when they do a fitness program or exercise, they begin to desire healthier food. Becoming fitter will help you steer clear of the sugary fatty foods that pile on the pounds. You will want more lean protein, fresh fruit and vegetables, which provide more efficient fuel for the muscles. Just pay attention to your body and it will help you to let go of the bad eating habits.
You can practice aerobics at home and do a 90 day fitness program. But you can go in a class too, There are several reasons for this. First, having a class to go to each day or on certain days makes it easier to keep to your weight loss exercise plan. You have it in your schedule, your family expects you to go, maybe you already paid for the class — all of these factors make it more likely that you will go.
The social aspect is also important. Many people sign up to a class with a friend and again this helps you to continue attending, for the pleasure of seeing your friend. Even if you don’t have a friend to go with, you will soon get to know other people in the class. The friendly chats and social contact that you will have will increase your enjoyment of your aerobics class. You will also motivate each other.
But it is up to you, sometimes it is better to do your exercise at home especially if you feel better with this. That is okay the most important thing is having fun when it comes to finding a 90 day fitness program that you can keep to. As we all know, it is easy enough to exercise once or twice, but doing the same thing over and over, three to five times a week, is another matter. It is better to get motivated and do your exercise not only one or two times.
